50% benefit reduction at ages 70-74
At ages 75 and over, only Accidental Death benefit is payable.

Your life insurance coverage benefits are payable after a Waiting Period of 6 months. During this Waiting Period, benefits are provided for Accidental Death only.

Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company (GTL) provides the Group Term Life insurance. GTL does not provide nor is affiliated with the discount programs provided as a part of membership in Affinity Consumer Alliance Association.
